Geena Oravetz is the Director of Operations & Client Experience at Kidd Advisors. She joined the team in August 2023 bringing nearly a decade of experience from the mortgage industry where she worked in Operations, Training, and Product Management & Development. She helped her employers embrace and adopt new technology and lending guidelines to improve the client experience and decrease processing times. To Geena, the client experience goes beyond a new process or technology platform- It's getting to know clients as much as possible to deliver the best possible service.

Born and raised in New England, Geena permanently moved to Michigan after graduating from Hillsdale College in 2015. She happily resides in Metro Detroit with her husband and children.
